Sean has had the pleasure of training over 7,000 individuals in breathwork, including professional athletes, psychologists, touring musicians, teachers, business executives, coaches, youth athletes, and students—each bringing their own unique goals and experiences. A former college athlete, Sean has spent over a decade coaching soccer teams and working with clients as a personal trainer. He is passionate about helping people unlock their highest mental and physical potential. Prior to founding INHABIT, Sean held partnership roles in tech supporting HR & Benefits leaders. In these fast-paced startup environments, he learned that prioritizing mental and physical health is not only essential to maintaining a balanced life, but can lift your performance in whatever you’re doing.
Sean is a certified instructor in Biofit’s Natural Fitness Method as well as a certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher from the School of Positive Transformation. Sean is also enrolled in Flow Motion’s CPD Certified Mobility course and has completed The Breathing for Energy Program co-led by Patrick McKeown as well as the Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course for breathwork and cold exposure. He is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
Sean is on a mission to teach 1 million people how to properly breathe by January 2027. His training and research has led him to believe that proactive breath training is a missing link in public health which drives him to help as many humans as possible. As he looks towards the future and sets an intention for the impact he wants to have, Sean does daily visualization seeing himself hosting INHABIT workshops in stadiums with 50,000 participants all breathing in unison: connecting, healing, and growing. His vision is that one day breath training will be a daily practice that all humans use to improve longevity and quality of life.
